Orlando, also known as “The City Beautiful” is a great place to work, live and play. It is a thriving metropolis with many wonderful attributes. With its many quaint, neighborhoods, beautiful parks, lakes and unspoiled landscaping, it is easy to see how Orlando claims this title. The parks in Orlando and adjoining areas include Azalea Park, Baldwin Park, Callahan, College Park, Crescent Park, Delaney Park, Lake Davis/Greenwood, Lake Eola Heights, Park Central, Park Lake Highland, Roosevelt Park and Thornton Park. Each of these parks are surrounded by neighborhoods which boast beautiful homes both new and historic make it a great place to live. Downtown Orlando is enjoying a renaissance with the rejuvenation of historic Church Street Station and the expanding skyline of new high rise construction. College Park

College Park, a community where Southern Traditions specializes in building traditional style homes. It is a quaint neighborhood located on the edge of the downtown Orlando. Many of the tree lined, cobblestone streets have been named for famous colleges like Princeton, Harvard and Yale. Additionally, the community is built around beautiful lakes that complement the downtown Orlando skyline. Most of the bungalow homes were built in the early 1900’s, however, many older homes are being replaced with new homes in the traditional style architecture. Also the renovation of older homes is turning this area into a trendy, popular place to call home. College Park is a vibrant traditional urban neighborhood where everything needed is in close proximity. Most of the great shopping, dining, and entertainment is located on the main thoroughfare of Edgewater Drive. All of this and recreation, are all within walking distance.
